Bloom Equity Completes Take-Private of GRC International (“GRCI”)


Bloom Equity Partners (“Bloom Equity”) has completed the Take-Private of GRC International (“GRCI”) from the London Stock Exchange’s AIM. GRCI is a leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (“GRC”) solutions that include a full range of consulting services, training, content, and software. GRCI serves customers in the UK, European, and North American markets to fully address IT and cyber compliance concerns in areas including ISO27001, GDPR, PCI, and DORA.
