Bart is the founder and Managing Partner of Bloom Equity Partners. He has over 15 years of private equity and operating experience. As Founder and Managing Partner, Bart oversees Bloom Equity’s investment strategy, value creation programs, governance and investor relations.
Prior to founding Bloom Equity, Bart supported the Investment & Operations teams at a lower-middle market technology focused private equity firm. Prior to that, Bart spearheaded the growth of several technology companies, as hired-in CXO for PE firms, and as Founder/CEO of two VC-backed companies.
Brian serves as a Senior Associate at Bloom Equity Partners where he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, as well as contributing to all phases of the investment process.
Prior to Bloom, Brian worked in M&A at STS Capital Partners and in Acquisition Finance at Mizuho Bank
Jonathan is responsible for all due diligence and investment execution for Bloom Equity.
Prior to Bloom Equity, Jonathan was focused on buyouts in the enterprise software sector at K1 Investment Management, and prior to that, worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at KPMG focusing on technology investments.
Jonathan attended Washington University (Olin Business School), attaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Double Major in Finance & Entrepreneurship
Jeff has over 15 years of investment experience primarily in the enterprise software and tech-enabled services sectors, and provides oversight on all investment related activities and decisions as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to Bloom Equity, Jeff was a Vice President at Diversis Capital, a lower-middle market enterprise software and tech-enabled services focused private equity firm.
Prior to Diversis, Jeff worked at leading investment firms including Blackstone’s Private Equity Group, ECP (Spin-off of Goldman Sachs Principal Investment Arm), and Lazard (M&A Group).
Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Economics from Harvard University.
Shane is responsible for all due diligence and investment execution for Bloom Equity.
Prior to Bloom Equity, Shane spent four years in the enterprise software sector at K1 Investment Management where he completed 20+ transactions in domestic and international markets across growth, buyout, and take-privates.
Shane attended Loyola Marymount University (Hilton Business School), Double Majoring in Finance (B.A.) and Accounting (B.S.), and played D1 Men's Soccer.
Amanda is an Operating Partner at Bloom Equity Partners, where she leads value creation initiatives both pre and post investment for Bloom’s portfolio companies.
Amanda has worked in private equity operations for five years at both Vista Equity Partners and Centre Lane Partners. Amanda has partnered with fifteen portfolio companies and has seen multiple buy and sell transactions. Prior to her time in private equity, Amanda was an operator focused on go-to-market in technology and technology-adjacent companies for twelve years.
Sam is focused on helping Bloom evaluate, select, and optimize enterprise software opportunities, with a particular focus on solutions enabling the innovation economy.
Most recently, Sam served as Founder and CEO of Nitro, a document productivity software company, which scaled to over 14,000 business customers in 179 countries, including 68% of the Fortune 500. Sam took Nitro public on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2019 (ASX:NTO), and the company was subsequently acquired for A$561m in 2023.
Sam has served on venture-backed, publicly listed, and non-profit boards, and has unique global perspective and experience.
Ketan is providing operational support to Bloom both pre and post investment.
Ketan has worked in cloud-based GTM operations for the past 12 years at organizations including Oracle and SAP. Previously, Ketan was Chief of Staff and Head of Revenue Operations for BigMachines, a former portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners.
Ketan has a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Finance & Operations from Northwestern.
Value Creation Specialist
Rob is providing operational support to Bloom both pre and post investment.
Rob has worked in private equity for five years on the Value Creation team at Siris Capital focused on operational, GTM, and technology initiatives across Siris' portfolio. Previously, Rob was a management consultant in Accenture's Strategy practice focused on M&A, pricing, and growth projects for technology and industrial businesses. Rob received his Bachelor's Degree from Villanova University with a double major in Finance and Accounting.
Value Creation Specialist
Keegan is Director, Go-To-Market on the Bloom Value Creation Team. Keegan has 10 years of experience in digital marketing, working on both client and agency side. He has worked on marketing initiatives for some of the largest software companies and financial institutions in the world. His focus the last few years has been exclusively on B2B SaaS and Technology, developing strategies to generate repeatable and scalable revenue for clients. Prior to working with the Bloom Value Creation Team, Keegan has worked at LinkedIn, 2U, and Refine Labs.
Tom is focused on helping Bloom evaluate, select, and optimize enterprise SaaS and marketplace opportunities. Tom’s tech career includes 5 exits (3 as CEO or Founder, 2 as C-staff), and most recently, he was the CEO of ServiceChannel (acquired for $1.2B in August 2021) and a General Partner at Bayard Capital, ServiceChannel’s majority shareholder, helping to return over $1 billion to shareholders.
Tom has served on venture-backed, private equity, and non-profit boards, and has a global perspective, having lived and worked in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Sham is focused on helping Bloom evaluate, select, and optimize portfolio companies, with a particular focus on leveraging technology for value creation.
Sham has 22+ years of CXO experience in technology and tech-driven roles, driving growth and scale in business. Sham has significant experience around P&L optimization, product management and technology, and has worked in premier multinational companies including LegalZoom, Experian, EDS, Worldcom, MCI and Perceptyx.
Sham has served on multiple boards with both advisory and fiduciary responsibilities.
Lily is providing operational support to Bloom both pre and post investment.
Since receiving her M.B.A. from Columbia, Lily has spent 12 years in strategy and operations roles at a variety of tech companies including Shutterstock, The Trade Desk, Roku and Google. She has vast experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across GTM strategy, internal operations, client services, and shared services.

Rachelle is Director, Go-To-Market on the Bloom Value Creation Team. Rachelle provides marketing and sales development strategies for Bloom Equity Partners portfolio companies. Rachelle began her 13-year career as a marketer working with multi-billion corporations. For the past eight years, Rachelle has led marketing departments for several early to mid-stage B2B SaaS technology companies, including Demostack and ZenHub (an Axiom Zen company).
