Oded Noy joins Bloom Equity as a Senior Operating Partner where he leads value creation initiatives both pre and post investment for Bloom’s portfolio companies. Oded has over a decade of experience as a Senior Operating Partner, working with exceptional management teams to achieve scale through deploying both operational improvements and M&A growth strategies. During his career in private equity, Oded has supported more than 15 B2B software companies, first for Diversis Capital and now for Bloom Equity. Prior to Diversis Capital, Oded was the Founder/CTO of TrueCar (Nasdaq: TRUE) and built extensive operational experience both as a co-founder and as C-Suite positions at companies ranging in stage from startup to IPO readiness with >$2B market capitalization.
