Growing our World-Class Team

Our team has grown with the addition of four accomplished professionals and an internal promotion:

  • Ken Berryman, Senior Operating Partner: Former Head of McKinsey’s North American Software practice and executive at Symantec, Intel, BMC Software, and 8x8, with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, focusing on strategy, go-to-market, and service operations in our Portfolio companies.

  • Rob Turano, Operating Partner: Recently promoted from Value Creation Specialist, enhancing value creation and driving operational excellence in our Portfolio companies.

  • Adam Kaseff, Senior Associate: Supporting business development and sourcing activities.

  • Andrew Olson, Associate: Supporting all due diligence and investment execution.

  • Zoya Ibrahim, Chief of Staff: Supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing value creation across the firm.

Office Expansion

In response to our growing team and evolving business needs, Bloom Equity has moved to a larger headquarters in New York City. The new office will provide us with the additional space needed to better serve our partners and foster our team’s collaboration and innovation.

"We are thrilled to unveil our new office, which represents a significant milestone for Bloom Equity Partners," said Bart Macdonald, Managing Partner. "This expansion not only accommodates our growing team but also enhances our ability to serve our investors and partners with the highest level of excellence."

We look forward to welcoming you to our new office.

Successful Exit

Bloom Equity Partners proudly announces the successful sale of Viostream. Since our investment in 2020, we've driven significant growth and operational improvements in Viostream. This exit exemplifies our commitment to creating substantial value through strategic initiatives and tactical enhancements.

"We are proud to have supported Viostream’s growth as a leading enterprise video solution," said Bart Macdonald. "Our partnership has been instrumental in strengthening the business and achieving this successful exit."

As we approach the final quarter of the year, we remain committed to driving value for our investors and portfolio companies. We are excited about the future and look forward to continuing our work in identifying high-potential investments and supporting their growth and success.
