Bloom Equity Partners Announces Iftikhar Ahmed as CEO of GRC Solutions

New York, NY – May 8, 2025 – Bloom Equity Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Iftikhar Ahmed as Chief Executive Officer and Caroline Morrison as Chief Marketing Officer at our portfolio company GRC Solutions (GRCS), a leading provider of governance, risk, and compliance technology and services. 

Iftikhar ("Ifti") Ahmed joins GRCS with an impressive track record of scaling businesses, driving transformation, and leading sustainable growth across various sectors. Prior to joining GRCS, Ifti served as CEO of WorkNest, guiding the company through significant growth driven by acquisitions and innovation. Under his leadership, WorkNest became one of Inflexion's standout private equity investments in compliance and outsourcing. His previous leadership roles include senior positions at major organisations such as Allianz, Aon, Capita PLC, Optionis Group, and Marlowe PLC, consistently delivering shareholder value and strategic advancement.

She will oversee all aspects of marketing at GRCS, working closely with sales leadership to strengthen the company's market presence and enhance alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.
