A Landmark Acquisition:
In Q3 2023, we completed our latest Fund I investment, acquiring RightCrowd, a leading publicly traded enterprise software company in the Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) sector serving the Forbes Global 2000.
In the first few quarters of ownership, we have been laser focused on unlocking value and driving scale across the business with our experienced Operating Team supporting RightCrowd’s world-class and growing management team.
This complex carve-out transaction from a publicly traded entity showcased our strong capabilities in navigating intricate deals and unlocking value - key elements to our investment strategy.
Building a World-Class Team:
Given the significant growth of our investor base, we were delighted to significantly expand the Bloom Equity team in 2023. We welcomed twelve professionals across our investment and operating groups, assembling a wealth of diverse expertise and overlapping experiences investing together at leading firms including Vista Equity, Diversis Capital, and K1 Investments. This infusion of talent allows us to approach opportunities with even greater depth and agility.
